【个人简介】
林雅婷,女,福州大学医工交叉研究院副研究员、硕士生导师。本科与博士毕业于厦门大学。近年来主要聚焦于人工智能驱动的免疫微环境分析及算法开发、细胞反卷积算法、免疫细胞时空分布与功能状态量化等方向的研究。已在Patterns、Communications Medicine、Nature communications、STAR Protocols等国际知名期刊发表多篇学术论文,并作为核心成员参与Tumor Deconvolution DREAM Challenge国际联盟研究。曾获Cell出版社2022年度中国论文奖。
