个人简介

邱素芳,放疗科党总支部书记、头颈肿瘤放疗科行政主任、二级主任医师、鼻咽癌诊治中心执行主任、肿瘤学博士、教授、博士研究生导师、福建省高层次人才(C类)、福建省卫生健康突出贡献中青年专家、国家肿瘤放射治疗临床重点学科、省肿瘤转化医学重点实验室成员等。30年来专业从事头颈部恶性肿瘤的放射治疗、三维适形调强放疗、TOMO放疗以及化疗、生物免疫靶向等综合治疗及相关基础和临床研究,带领并指导课题组开展创新性研究工作。

临床方面,近5年门诊人次数13780人,住院人次数6382人,医德医风高尚,广受患者及家属的赞誉。2018年起牵头举办院内精品讲座“垒土沙龙”学术活动,至今达137期,培养一大批优秀的中青年骨干,同时扩大医院影响力,推动学科发展与进步。

长期从事鼻咽癌的基础研究与临床工作,针对鼻咽癌治疗异质性,提出鼻咽癌新的分子分型,推动鼻咽癌精准治疗和预后的预测。针对复发转移性鼻咽癌的治疗难点及重点,在国内率先构建了复发鼻咽癌的精准调强放疗技术体系,研究成果在国内外得到广泛推广应用,已被42家省级及地市级医院应用,获益的鼻咽癌达40000例以上,不良反应明显减轻,患者生存质量明显改善。参编国内首个《鼻咽癌标志物临床应用专家共识》,该共识在全国推广应用,为鼻咽癌标志物的开发和应用提供了权威的参考。作为多项国内外多中心临床研究PI,造福了广大鼻咽癌患者,产生了良好的社会效益。

至今在国内外发表论文70余篇,其中SCI 50余篇,最高影响因子11.55(中科院1区Top期刊)。主持国家重点项目、国自然面上项目、福建省自然重点项目等20余项课题,目前在研课题经费近千万元。荣获福建省科技进步一、二等奖,福建医学科技奖及福建省抗癌协会科技进步奖等。被聘为多个国际专业学术期刊的审稿专家和国自然科学基金函审专家。兼任中国抗癌协会肿瘤标志专业委员会鼻咽癌标志物专家委员会副主任委员、中国抗癌协会放射医学专业委员会常务委员、福建省医学会放射肿瘤专委会副主委、福建省抗癌协会头颈肿瘤专业委员会副主委、福建省抗癌协会放射肿瘤专业委员会常委等。

教学方面,作为福建医科大学及福州大学教授、博士生导师及放射医学教研室主任,共培养硕士20余名,博士6名,多次获得福建医科大学校级“优秀教师”称号。参与审译国际放疗教科书第5版《放射肿瘤学原理和实践》;参编国家卫健委住院医师规范化培训规划教材第2版《肿瘤放射治疗学》;参编“十一五”国家级本科教材第3版《放射肿瘤学》,为放射肿瘤治疗领域的后备人才培养做出贡献。
