个人简介
杨春康,男,博士,教授。本科与硕士毕业于福建医科大学,博士毕业于华中科技大学同济医学院。2008年8月-至今工作于福建省肿瘤医院胃肠肿瘤外科,积极从事腹部肿瘤特别是胃肠道肿瘤的微创外科手术和基础研究工作, 已开展腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术,腹腔镜胃癌根治术,腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术等,目前个人年均手术例数达1000多例以上,手术数量居国内同类专业之前列。 曾先后作为访问学者,到访英国圣马克医院和美国克利夫兰医院 。在微创基础研究上,开展了腹腔镜气腹对肿瘤生物学行为的影响及对人体免疫等生理功能的影响。并得出了在一定的气压条件下腹腔镜气腹对胃肠肿瘤生物学并没有影响,为腹腔镜技术的开展提供了理论依据,相关研究成果发表在国际微创核心专业杂志Surgical Endoscopy上。同时在国内较早开展趋化因子与肿瘤关系的研究,特别是趋化因子受体与结直肠癌肝转移的关系以及与肝转移瘤形成的关系,为此,有关结直肠癌发生,浸润和转移的研究获得福建省科技进步三等奖。
